We service homes of all quantities, 1 Bed 1 Bath up to 8 Bed 10 Bath.
If trash is not removed from property within 24hours, we will be responsible for removal and disposal.
Price per property may fluctuate in upcharge if the following is found: pet hair and/or pet mess, damages done to property interior and/or exterior.
30-45 min. - designed for lightly used properties, mid stay refreshes, or homes that are already in good condition. This service includes: - light tidying in common areas - Wipe down of visible surfaces (counters, tables, sinks) - Straightening of linens/pillows for better presentation. This service does not include deep scrubbing, appliance interiors, or detailed detailings.
Up to 1hour 30 minutes - Designed for guest check out to check in readiness.This service includes: - kitchen cleaning (counters, sink, exterior of appliances) - Bathroom sanitation (toilet, sink, mirror, shower/tub) - Linen change and bed making - Trash removal throughout the property - Dusting of visible surfaces - Visual inspection for left behind items or damages. The goal of this service is to ensure the property is clean, refreshed, and guest ready within a standard turnover window.
2-3 hours - designed for first time service, seasonal resets, or properties requiring detailed attention.. This service includes: - detailed kitchen cleaning (backsplash, cabinet fronts, appliance interior & exteriors) - Full bathroom deep scrub, including fixtures and grout lines. - Dusting of baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, and corners. - Spot cleaning of walls, doors, and high touch areas. - Furniture wipe down. - Thorough vacuuming and mopping, including under and around furniture. -
